Noella Foundation hosted its first Maternal Care Training for 52 nurses in Lagos State, aimed at strengthening frontline capacity and improving maternal health outcomes.
The one-day training covered Respectful Maternity Care (RMC), clinical documentation, and high-acuity emergency response in low-resource settings. Sessions were facilitated by Cole Adebukola Oluwabusayo and Oluwatosin Oyindamola Ope-Babadele, combining practical demonstrations, group work, and case-based learning.
Through this initiative, the Foundation continues to equip healthcare workers with the skills and tools needed to improve care delivery and maternal health outcomes across communities.
