Noella Foundation is committed to empowering women in every season of life, especially those navigating unique life experiences. One such initiative is the Mummy’s Hangout, a heartfelt outreach led by our visionary co-founder, Mrs. Layal Tinubu. Designed as a space of encouragement, community, and empowerment, the event focused on connecting and celebrating widows from across different communities.
The Mummy’s Hangout offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where attendees shared their journeys and found strength in shared experiences. It was a day of meaningful conversation, support, and solidarity. Each attendee received a well-curated shopping package intended to ease daily living and bring comfort. To further invest in the future of their families, Noella Foundation also sponsored the academic session of one child from each family represented. In addition, we partnered with the Purple Heart Foundation’s Back to School initiative, supporting the education of 400 children in primary and secondary schools.
This event was a vibrant celebration of resilience, unity, and sisterhood. The remarkable presence of women who arrived with strength and grace made the day truly unforgettable.
