Noella Foundation Empowers Women Entrepreneurs at Be Empowered Summit

On Saturday, April 12, 2025, the Noella Foundation proudly hosted the second edition of its annual Be Empowered Summit, an inspiring gathering of over 200 visionary women entrepreneurs, united by a shared mission to grow, thrive, and lead in business.

The summit featured powerhouse speakers including Elizabeth Elohor, Founder of Beth Model Management; Ibiyinka Ibru, CEO of Federal Palace Hotel; and a Financial Advisor from Equilibria, who each shared practical wisdom and lessons from their journeys, energizing attendees with the possibilities ahead.

Out of more than two thousand outstanding applicants, 20 women winners emerged to receive business grants. These entrepreneurs embarked on a carefully designed empowerment journey that began with a virtual bootcamp covering key topics such as business finance, customer experience, structure, and sustainability.

To round off the experience, a final physical session was held in Lagos on Saturday, May 24th bringing the cohort together for deeper connection, strategic insights, and inspiration. The session featured powerhouse speakers including Elizabeth Elohor, Founder of Beth Model Management; Ibiyinka Ibru, CEO of Federal Palace Hotel; and a Financial Advisor from Equilibria, who each shared practical wisdom and lessons from their journeys.
