As part of its commitment to youth employability and practical skills development, The Noella Foundation delivered a series of vocational training programmes in December 2025 through strategic partnerships focused on building relevant, in-demand skills for young Nigerians.
Digital Marketing for Youth (Noella Foundation x Redrick PR)
In partnership with Redrick PR, The Noella Foundation delivered a digital marketing training programme designed to equip 50 young people with practical, industry-relevant skills for today’s digital economy.
Participants were trained in key areas including social media marketing, branding, and search engine optimisation (SEO), with a strong emphasis on real-world application and career readiness.
The programme strengthened the Foundation’s employability pillar by enabling participants to develop skills that support entry into employment, freelancing, and entrepreneurial opportunities within the digital space.
Photography & Visual Storytelling (Noella Foundation x Felix Crown Photography)
In collaboration with Felix Crown Photography, The Noella Foundation delivered vocational training in photography and visual storytelling, aimed at helping 50 young people develop both technical skill and creative expression.
The training combined foundational theory, live demonstrations, and hands-on practice, giving participants practical exposure to the discipline required to build competence and confidence in photography as a craft.
Through this initiative, the Foundation continued to expand access to creative vocational learning, creating pathways for youth employability and entrepreneurship through practical, skills-based training.
Grand Finale & Fireside Chat
The programme concluded with a Grand Finale event on Monday 15th December, bringing together beneficiaries from both cohorts for a fireside chat with industry leaders.
Speakers included Felix Adebayo of Felix Crown Fotographi, Ijeoma Balogun of Redrick PR, and Layal Tinubu, who shared practical insights on career growth, entrepreneurship, and navigating the creative and digital industries.
The session provided an opportunity for participants to engage directly with experts, marking a strong close to the training programmes
