In partnership with Crea8torium, The Noella Foundation hosted a Creative Bootcamp designed to equip fifty (50) young people with practical creative skills and introduce them to opportunities within Nigeria’s growing creative economy.
The Bootcamp provided an immersive, hands-on learning experience for emerging creatives, combining structured guidance with practical exercises to help participants develop their voice, sharpen their thinking, and bring structure to their ideas. Key areas covered included storytelling, design thinking, and collaboration. Core skills required to thrive in today’s creative industry.
Beyond skill development, the programme offered participants a clear understanding of how creative talent can translate into employability, entrepreneurship, and sustainable income. Sessions were intentionally designed to reflect real industry expectations, helping participants bridge the gap between creativity and commercial viability.
Through this collaboration, both organisations reinforced a shared vision of building and strengthening the creator ecosystem in Nigeria by providing platforms, experiences, and learning environments that nurture talent and unlock opportunity.
